More creepy stuff

I heard on the radio yesterday morning about a company that can get anyone's cell phone records for $110. That's right. They can find out who you have been calling on your cell phone.

Fortunately, Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich plans to propose legislation to ban this criminal breach of privacy.

Fines won't do anything but raise the price.

Make it akin to spying and put these folks in jail.

Agreed. But the proposal is also to increase "criminal penalties for pretexting, hacking phone records and employee theft of information".

Does that close the hole from a criminal penalty perspective?
